Disabled Access

Our main surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair; we also have three parking spaces outside each of our practices which are reserved for patients displaying a disabled sticker.

Interpretation & Translation

We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English; please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment.

Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours

Cherry Tree Doctors offers patients registered with our practice a full GP service when our practice is closed. If you need a doctor urgently when the surgery is closed (ie evenings and weekends) telephone 111.

NHS 111
If you have an urgent health problem that cannot wait until your doctor is open, then call free phone 111.  Your call will be answered by trained operators who will provide advice and direct you to the right local service.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones. You can call 111 anywhere in England making it easier for you to access urgent healthcare services when you need medical help fast.

The weekend urgent GP service will no longer be available from Monday the 28th of September 2015.

If you are concerned about your health or unsure who to contact when your GP surgery is not open please call 111. This service is free and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
