Accessing your GP-held records via the NHS app or NHS website
From the 31st of October the practice will be granting online access to the patients records which will allow you to view your medical records from the 02.11.2022. Some of our patient’s are already familiar with this service. If you do not wish to have this access, please telephone the surgery on 01924 471115 and we will be happy to switch the access off for you.
